I had to share this to you, all. This is a really cool feature from Women's Health website on creating your own customize workouts.
The website has a flash base website that you can create your workout and it is animated and texted to show you what you are suppose to do to each work out. They have a lot of Core, Upper, Lower and Total workouts to choose from. Also, you can print out the workouts you have chosen, so you can make a booklet for your self. Check it out. CLICK HERE
