They say that Apples, Yogurt and soup are really good foods to eat if your trying to flatten your abs also. I'm going to have to try some of these tips. I want to lose weight without feeling like I'm dieting. I just feel that the word "diet" is almost a "dirty" word.

Ground your oatmeal in a blender until the it becomes flour base. Then you can put 1/2 of oatmeal and 1/2 flour for your pancakes or muffins.
