Not All Diet are for Anyone

I read this article from Women's Health Magazine, about that not all diets are for anyone. I thought I would share this with you all and see if it would help you in your diet. Like me, I'm still struggling to figure out what is the best way for me to loose weight. It's hard due to the facts of health issues like my slow metabolism and diabetes.
