Walking Lunges


If you want a better butt that looks good, I would suggest the Walking Lunges. Its a very easy to do but very effective and burn your muscles. You could do it any where, going to get your mail lunging down your drive way or even going to your bathroom in your house. Just a little time to strengthen your muscles each day, will help you. Try it for 6 weeks each day and do 60 lunges, you will see some results.
