wow to the previous comment, that's so rude( and not true in the slightest if you'd actually watched the show)! Anyway, I think it's awesome that they have a show for women who are trying to lose 30 or so pounds. There are a lot of other weight loss shows out there that cater to the morbidly obese, not the millions of Americans who are simply a little overweight. I think the before and after pictures of some of these ladies were remarkable. They looked lovely:)

To Anonymous who left the rude and nasty message at 12:54PM to the wonderful Dietribe ladies: YOU are the most pathetic sounding piece of trash. How dare you put down those LADIES who have the GUTS to go on national TV and share their lives with the world. Losing weight and changing bad habits are hard enough without fools like you making disgusting comments. Apparently, you have NO life if all you can do is put people down to make yourself feel better. I'd love to see what you look like since you seem to think you're a god or goddess. How old are you anyway? By the way, who gave you the right to tell anyone that they have "No Black identity"? You don't have much identity, whatever you are from what I have read. Get a life or find a hobby!

To the Anonymous comment 12:45 2/1, for people you put other people down are a shame of themselves that why you kept your name anonymous. I understand you have your own opinion but if you don't have anything good to say, don't say it at all. This blog is to encourage people to lose weight and have a positive attitude in a health life. Thank you.
