Remember Portion Size Does Count

Remember this holiday for Thanksgiving, try to put out more veggies on the table than carbs. Our U.S. Nutrition, portion plate size has changed to more veggies than protein and carbs. So, when you are out at the grocery store put more veggies in your basket like lettuce for a salad, string beans, broccoli, squashes and other products. Get creative and check out recipes on your website to have your guest to eat healther this year and there might be more turkey left overs for you for a night snack after everyone goes to bed.
